LATELY

Summer 2016

Summer 2016, I published my first book, Sunglasses on a Cloudy Day. It was officially published in August thanks to so many people who pre-ordered the book in the leading months. I truly could not have done it without them.

Most of the summer, I was working two jobs, both at SAIC, and saving money to get me through the next year. So, it's no wonder the hi lights of my summer (and the things I photographed most) are the few times I wasn't at work. I went to the Indiana dunes with my best girls for the fourth of july, which I have so many photos from. Besides that, I have a lot of photos of Roxie, who is now my cat, hanging in my apartment. In august my brother, thijs, and i moved to lakeview with roxie (then his cat). Here are some photos, lots of them iphone

Back in logan square, I got really interested in religious yard art earlier on the spring while walking around. I have many many iphone photos of religious yard art. (on hasselblad)

At the very end of the summer, my family(plus jake, minus thijs) and i went to colorado to hike and see the tallest man on earth play at red rocks ampitheater. I have SO many photos to share from that trip, so it's going to be a separate post. Look out for it soon~
